Cravens Park: Premier (Sunday)

Make-Up Classes:

• We promise 2 make-up classes for canceled sessions, if needed
• Make-up classes for Public Park Programs are typically scheduled for the two weeks following the last class day
• Make-up classes for Child Care Center Locations are typically scheduled based on that Center's school calendar
• Make-ups, refunds and credits are not available for missed sessions due to personal reasons (vacation, illness, etc)

Will My Child Get a Soccer Shots Jersey?

• Youth Jerseys are distributed once every year and sent upon payment of the enrollment fee, regardless of the number of seasons you sign your child up for within that year.
• If you have not been prompted to pay your enrollment fee, you also will not be receiving a jersey for this season.
• Jerseys are mailed out from our national distribution center within 7-10 business days and not from our local office. Please direct all jersey inquires to: merchandisecustomerservice@soccershots.com

Credit & Refund Policy

In our effort to consider children and families that are enrolled in our programs, and also our staff and coaches, the following policies are active for credits and refunds:

• Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a scheduled session or make-up class.
• Should Soccer Shots find it necessary to remove a child from a class, a refund will be issued after a deduction of the sessions already completed as well as a 'Refund Fee'.
• NO refunds will be issued after the 3rd scheduled session of the season (but credits will be issued).
• ALL SEASONS: Credits must be requested via email to wubbena@soccershots.com credits will be issued into parent/guardian account. Credits can be used at any future site or season within our franchise's Soccer Shots territory and may be used for any child.
• ENROLLMENT FEE: NO refund of the enrollment fee that is charged once every year.
• FAILURE TO ATTEND: NO refunds or credits will be issued for failure to attend a session or make-up.
